Seafood Expo Russia 2022: Deadline Approaching for Applications To Participate in Retail Centre

The Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia, the main event in the Russian fishing industry, will take place in just three weeks. This will mark the fourth time that the exhibition will feature a platform for direct negotiations on the supply of fish products to store shelves. Each year, the event is attended by suppliers of fish, seafood, and ready-made fish and seafood products, on the one hand, and the management of retail chains and online stores, on the other. In 2021, the platform hosted over 750 rounds of direct negotiations, which resulted in the signing of 90 supply agreements.

This year marks the first time that not only exhibitors, but also all interested suppliers of fish, seafood, and ready-made fish products can participate in the event. You can sign up to participate in the project until 9 September.

Retailers that have already confirmed they will participate in the Retail Centre this year include:

Nationwide retail chains – Azbuka Vkusa, Auchan, Globus, Lenta, Magnit, Pokupochka, and Svetofor

Regional retail chains – Bayram, Vkuster, Slata, Triumf, Vysshaya Liga, Samberi, and Semishagoff

Online stores – OZON, Gourmet Fresh, Svoyo Rodnoye, Samokat, and Yandex.Market

Specialized fish stores – Kleshnya, Rybnye Pravila, Ikra i Ryba, Ikorny, Rybset, Okean, and others

Fishing companies and traders will be represented by fish product suppliers at the Retail Centre from all over the country: from Kaliningrad, Kamchatka, Murmansk, Vladivostok, Astrakhan, and Khabarovsk: for example, Norebo, Antey, Sirius, Russian Fish Company, Tymlatsky Fish Processing Plant, Gidrostroy, MurmanSeafood, Soling Seafood, Raptika, and many others.

Also, for the first time this year, representatives of foreign retailers will take part in the negotiations: Alibaba (China) as well as Dobronom, Kopeyechka, and Mayak (Belarus).
