The aquaculture sector of Seafood Expo Russia is expanding rapidly, attracting more visitors and exhibitors each year. This time, there will be over 80 exhibitors from Russia, China, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Vietnam, and EAEU. The sector will feature not only fish farms but also producers of feed, equipment, veterinary drugs, and seedling suppliers.
Aquaculture equipment
RALTEX will showcase products for fish farms produced in-house, from design to turnkey installation: net cages, anchoring systems, pontoon lines and additional equipment for fish farming. Immid Aquaculture will present a wide range of aquaculture equipment, piping products, and other components, as well as completed equipping projects. NPO Ecosystem will bring their water treatment equipment, a radial flotation device, and other installations. Aquaterix will showcase projects for the design, installation, and modernization of equipment for RAS and water treatment systems. Rifpark will demonstrate various types of RAS systems, ranging from decorative aquariums to holding tanks for seafood.
Other companies presenting equipment solutions for breeding and farming with RAS are Akvaplast, Aquaculture Group, Kant, Kasimovsetesnast, Luxsol, Moresnast-2, Uber Elektro, Qingdao Wancheng Anchorchain, Aquaterix, Sivetra-Agro, Reefpark, Asakua, Hermes, TEHNEKS, and Tihan Fishing Cage Rus.
Feed and additives
The Agro-Industrial Complex of the Republic of Belarus (BNBC) will showcase not only feed for valuable fish species but also amino acids, gluten, feed additives, and premixes. NOBI will introduce visitors to the raw materials, while FAMSUN will highlight feed production technologies. Agrofeed will participate for the first time and offer their feed production, based on 20 years of experience.
Other feed and additive suppliers include Anstella Biotech, Salih Aqua, SynergyKom, Eco Resource, Biff Bios Fish Feed, AQUAREX, AlphaFish, VESTA, NOREG, Zhabinkovsky Feed Mill, Rusmodus Feed, Biokol, and Industrial Feed.
Breeding and cultivation
INARCTICA will showcase its own products along with its ULTRAFRESH logistics system, which allows chilled fish to reach store shelves and restaurants in record time. The BELUGAFARM sturgeon farm will present Astrakhan caviar, as well as Caspian beluga, Russian and bastard sturgeon, bred at the Volga plant. Karelian fish factories will bring for tasting slightly salted, hot-smoked, and cold-smoked trout, grown in the bays of Lake Onega and the waters of Karelia.
Other companies include Adler Breeding Plant, NAQUA, PRKH Rybovodie, Don-Batyushka, Kala-Ranta, Karelian Fish Factories, Caspian Delicacies, Mius Liman, Rostov Lobster, RIF, Russian Caviar House, CHP "Kuznechnoye," EcoDon Fish Farm, Shanghai Shanhaiji supply chain, and Saf Balyk.
Seedlings will be offered by Big Fish and Volgorechensk fishery, while veterinary drugs will be provided by Algotec,AVZ S - P, and Provet.
Innovation is the main theme of this year's business agenda and exhibition. It will be integrated into the installation of a recirculating aquaculture system, which is traditionally set up in the aquaculture sector. This year, the system will incorporate new technologies based on the latest domestic innovations.
The aquaculture and mariculture exposition will feature a comprehensive industry-specific program that covers all aspects of the sector's development and operation. Events include II International conference "Digital trends, smart technologies, and real innovations in aquaculture”, the research-to-practice seminar "Building an aquaculture farm: risks and reasonable decisions”, an open discussion "2035 is coming. Will Russia succeed in qualitative transformation of aquaculture?", and the research-to-practice conference "Current aspects of breeding and keeping of aquaculture bioresources in RAS”.
