Thank you for your interest in the Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia (the “Event”). To guarantee safe and pleasant experience during your visit, Expo Solutions Group, the exhibition organizer and forum operator (the “Organizer”), has established the following rules for attending the Event.


  1. Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia is a professional business event for individuals 18 years and older. Admission is restricted to professional visitors, defined as business owners, individual entrepreneurs, officials, executives, managers, specialists, or other representatives from relevant domestic or international companies or enterprises, government agencies, academic or educational institutions, or professional associations, attending for business or professional purposes aligned with the Event’s theme. The Organizer may request documentation such as a business card, power of attorney or official letter from the organization represented, or other proof of professional status to verify visitor eligibility.

    Participation in the Event for professional visitors is free of charge, subject to registration on the website seafoodexporussia.com or registration desks until 23/10/2025, 18:00.

    On the third day of the event (24.10.2025) the new visitors will be registered only in person - at registration desks upon request and on a paid basis. The cost of participation is 1000 rubles.

    Students under 18 from related educational institutions may attend the Event only if accompanied by teachers or other representatives from their institution.

    Event venue: Expoforum Convention & Exhibition Center, 64/1, Peterburgskoye Shosse, St. Petersburg, Russia.

    The Event venue comprises an exhibition area located in pavilions G, F, and the Passage, along with business programme halls situated in pavilions E and D.

  2. Entry to the exhibition area is granted through turnstiles using a visitor badge, which must be obtained at the registration desk after completing a registration form either electronically or on paper. Registration can be done on-site by approaching the registration staff or in advance at seafoodexporussia.com. Visitors who register online will receive an e-ticket via the email provided in the registration form, which must be exchanged for a visitor badge at the registration desk immediately before entering the exhibition. To access the exhibition, visitors must scan the QR code on their badge at the turnstile reader.

    All Event attendees are required to carry a passport, driver’s license, or another identity document. When collecting a badge, the registration staff will verify that the first and last names on the registration form and/or e-ticket match those on the identity document. If the information provided is incorrect or inconsistent, badge issuance and Event entry will be denied.

    Transferring or selling visitor badges to third parties is strictly prohibited.

    In case of a lost badge, visitors should contact the Event registration desk to obtain a reprint.

    The visitor badge allows entry to the Event only on the dates and times listed in the Time and Venue section of the official Event website.

    It provides access to all areas of the Event, including the exhibition spaces in pavilions G, F, and the Exhibition Complex Passage, as well as the business programme halls in pavilions E and D.

  3. Visitors are not allowed to:

    • Distribute any advertising or informational materials, conduct presentations, demonstrations, campaigns, or similar activities, or engage in sales within the Event venue without prior written approval from the Organizer
    • Organize any entertainment events within the Event venue, attract attention of other visitors and participants through actions inconsistent with the business nature of the Event or accepted moral standards, or violate public order in any way
    • Beg, wear soiled clothing, or litter and pollute the Event venue

  4. Visitors may be refused entry to or asked to leave the Event under the following circumstances:

    • Absence of a visitor badge
    • Discrepancies between the information provided in the registration form and that on their identity document
    • Refusal to undergo personal inspection, including declining to allow inspection of hand luggage and personal belongings
    • Engaging in behavior that disrupts public order
    • Any other violations outlined in these rules

  5. Visitors agree that the Organizer may use, without compensation, any photos or videos taken during the Event in which the visitor appears, including for promotional materials related to the Event or the Organizer.

  6. If these rules are violated, the Organizer may deny the violator access to the Event without any compensation. The Organizer also reserves the right to take any measures deemed necessary to ensure safety and enforce compliance with the Event rules, including refusing entry or removing visitors from the venue.

  7. In case of an emergency on the Event premises, visitors must follow the instructions given by the Organizer’s representatives and/or the Exhibition Complex staff.
